About the Care Team
At Wellness Hospice and Palliative Care, our staff give from the heart, providing clinically-excellent and compassionate end-of-life care. Our interdisciplinary team of medical professionals and highly-trained staff provide services across a continuum of care—from hospice and palliative care to grief and caregiver support. Our team is here to provide personalized and comfort care to advocate and support patients and their loved ones through terminal illness to end of life.
Leadership Team
Jeffrey B. Ellis, MD
As Medical Director, Dr. Ellis leads the team of RN’s, social workers, spiritual care advisors and bereavement coordinators. He has over 20+ years in geriatric and internal medicine and maintains a 5 star rating in Vitals and Health Grades.
Deborah Morgan, RN
Deb is the Administrator of Hospice and Palliative care and a member of the leadership team. She has worked in a variety of healthcare management positions as well as direct patient care for the last 20+ years.
Eden Bailey, MSW, LSW
Since joining the team, Eden has been focused on providing social work services to individuals and families through all stages of care. She also provides support for the for the Bereavement and Transitions programs.
